Overview
Land in Kenya and begin your 10 day journey at the award winning eco-lodge Campi ya Kanzi, widely recognized as one of the most unique and inspiring safari experiences in Africa. Situated at the foot of the legendary Chyulu Hills, Hemingway's Green Hills of Africa, you will connect with African wildlife and Maasai warriors in the hands of the Kuku Maasai community in coordination with the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust supported by fellow alumnus Edward Norton '91. Next, fly west along the Tanzanian border to arguably one of the greatest wildlife experiences on earth, the Masai Mara Game Reserve and Rekero Tented Camp. Roam Maasai tribal lands, be illuminated to their social and ecological wonders and challenges, and be awe struck by the raw, rugged beauty of the culture and wildlife of Kenya. Spend one night at The Emakoko on arrival in Nairobi, five nights at Campi ya Kanzi and three nights at safari lodge Rekero.
